The Client reserves the right to decline a refund at their discretion and/or if the appointment is rescheduled. In such cases, both parties must mutually agree to reschedule the appointment. The Client is not entitled to request refunds if the Embracer refuses to provide services that conflict with these Terms and Conditions.
The decision to issue a refund for a session lies solely with the Embracer, based on the unique circumstances surrounding the account and transaction. Please note that issuing a refund in one instance does not obligate the Embracer to do so in another situation Embracers reserve the right to request that you undergo a screening process, and you retain the right to decline such a request.

In the event of such a refusal or termination, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the booking fee. A booking fee refund will only be granted under the circumstance where the Embracer has been banned and there are outstanding future sessions or bookings.
In the event that an Embracer or service provider fails to show up for the scheduled appointment, our platform will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the situation. Upon completing the investigation, we will review the possibility of refunding the affected client.
