Embrace Club Safety & Standards

Every Embrace Club session follows the same standards. They apply equally to clients and Embracers, before, during, and after each session. By booking or offering a session, you agree to them.

1. Age

Clients and Embracers are 18 or older, and at least the legal age of consent where the session takes place.

2. Sober and Present

Clients and Embracers arrive free of alcohol and recreational drugs, so both can give clear consent throughout the session. An Embracer may end or decline a session if a client appears impaired

3. Sharing what matters

Before the session, clients let their Embracer know about any injury, pain, or condition that affects how they can be touched or positioned.

4. Consent And Boundaries

Consent is asked for, not assumed. Clients and Embracers discuss boundaries before the session and check in during it. Either person can change their mind at any point, and ‘no’ or ‘not that’ is respected without explanation.

5. Strictly Platonic

Professional cuddling is nonsexual. Neither person pursues or encourages sexual arousal.

  • Both people stay clothed, at minimum in a shirt and shorts or pants suitable to wear in public
  • No touching of genitals, buttocks, or breasts, over or under clothing.
  • No kissing and no exchange of bodily fluids.
  • If arousal happens, the session pauses or changes position. Repeated or intentional behavior ends the session.

6. Hygiene

Clients and Embracers arrive showered, in clean clothes, and without heavy fragrance. Anyone who is sick reschedules, following the Embracer’s cancellation policy.

7. Privacy

Embracers keep client identities and anything shared in a session private. Clients respect the privacy of their Embracer, including their home or studio address and personal contact details.

8. Recording

No photos, audio, or video are taken during a session without the other person’s consent.

9. Ending A Session

Either person may end a session at any time, for any reason. Refunds and cancellations follow each Embracer’s own policy, so review it before booking.

10. Trained Professionals

Every Embracer completes Embrace Club training in consent, boundaries, and session practice before offering sessions through the platform.

11. Reporting A Concern

If a session did not meet these standards, email us at support@embraceclub.com. Reports are confidential and reviewed by Embrace Club. An Embracer or client who breaks these standards may be removed from the platform.
